UAE Tour Map Route 2022
I was commissioned by an ad agency to recreate a generic route map for UAE Tour 2022, I traced the map on Adobe Illustrator, and had to make the map design customized into a stylized design and illustration, some icons and landmarks were illustrated from scratch, others were taken from stock photos provided by the agency and had to make sure the color palette was consistent with the rest. This was a fun job to do, despite the tight schedule, as someone who occasionally cycles, it's just amazing to know all the routes and distances the competing pro cyclists go through on each stage. These Maps were later on used for the animation done by the agency, to animate the route direction as a guide for the participants and cycling enthusiasts.
